Once Upon the Mechanical Moon by Cevangel Once Upon the Mechanical Moon by Cevangel
Guess what painting is behind this. :)

Steampunk moon. Mixed media using polymer clay, watch parts and a swarovski crystal.

Thanks for not copying!

I used to work with sculpy and seeing all these little steampunk guys makes me want to try again with all the watch bits I don't know what to do with :)

Watch bits are very fun when you can get them. :)

Thank you! Heh, it was a bit strange to measure it cause of the shape... but if I put a sheet of rectangle paper below the moon, it's area would be about 2 inch by 1.5.

Then a 5/8 inch chain and the star charm is about 1/2 inch long.

No problem! It's a very good question... more often than not, the size of my pieces end up being random. ^_^

And thank you for the comments! It's nice to hear what people think. That's sharing too. :)

They taught us how in kindergarten and I never forgot the lesson! :dummy:

But seriously, good craftsmanship should always be noticed and commented on.

Lol, impressive...How'd you know? The photo showed maybe less than 1/8 of the whole thing. Haha, I'd have used Starry Night, but since the Cafe was the cover of my sketchbook... :]
